Business/Program Analyst
Location: Pentagon (onsite) or Fort Belvoir (onsite)
Clearance: Active DOD Secret Clearance Required
Salary Range: $80-82k + benefits
Seeking a Business/Program Analyst with experience in IT, budgets/finance, or contracts within DoD environments. This role focuses on supporting IT and Cyber investment oversight, strategic planning, and operational analysis within the Army’s CIO office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PM/APM and COR with onboarding and offboarding procedures and documents, network and security access, and record keeping requirements.
- Assist with preparation of contract monthly service report (MSR). Consolidate, format, and proofread prior to submission to PM/APM and COR.
- Manage and analyze program and budget data
- Assist in updating SNAP-IT budget justifications
- Track and report on justifications for IT and Cyber programs.
- Support responses to external and internal taskers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support the creation of high-level briefings and reports for Army Senior Leaders (ASL), GOs, and SES personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree 0-2 years experience
- Proficient in MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SECRET Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition and procurement processes
- Familiarity with contracting operations
- Familiarity with IT operations and systems
- Familiarity with data analysis, data visualization, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Recent military experience with MOS’s in Information Technology, Finance, Contracts, Operations, or Administration
