Job description

  • A Master’s degree, for example in business administration, engineering, science, economics, organisational sciences or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including several years at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an in-house consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or business improvement role within a large, complex organisation. Experience in an asset-intensive, regulated sector, such as energy, utilities or infrastructure, is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, build business cases and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong storyline, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create high-quality decision materials for senior audiences.
  • Experience with performance improvement, transformation, organisational change, operating model work and/or the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Comfortable moving between shaping strategy with senior leadership and driving implementation.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively across functions, seniority levels and organisational boundaries.
  • • Experience in complex corporate, infrastructure, energy and/or regulated environments is considered a plus.
  • Experience with business development, M&A, participation management or corporate venturing is considered a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
