Job description

You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.

In this role, you'll:

You’ll play a pivotal role in translating business strategy into actionable outcomes by designing and maintaining enterprise business architecture frameworks. You’ll align business structures, processes, people, information, and technology with strategic goals to enable efficiency, agility, and scalability.

You’ll lead the development and maintenance of business capability models, mapping maturity and identifying gaps across the enterprise. Using value stream and value chain mapping, you’ll uncover opportunities to optimise workflows and improve customer outcomes through outside-in thinking.

As a leading practice architect, you’ll bring expertise in simplifying complexity, applying structured methods, and embedding governance that drives consistency and adoption. You’ll collaborate across business units to integrate processes, roles, and technology into a cohesive architecture that supports smarter, faster, and more resilient service delivery. Your ability to analyse, discover, and share insights will influence enterprise-wide decisions and shape the future operating model.
