Business Developers, Manufacturing Software Industry
We’re passionate about helping manufacturing companies apply modern technologies to achieve their goals — and as a Business Developer you’ll be right at the heart of that mission. You’ll engage directly with prospective and current clients, qualifying leads, renewing managed services, promoting impactful campaigns, and setting the stage for long-term relationships. This is a high-energy, high-learning role where curiosity and collaboration are key.
What you will be working on:
- Qualify and convert marketing-generated leads into sales-ready opportunities
- Lead proactive conversations to renew managed services with existing clients
- Promote and follow up on webinars, workshops, and events that matter to our audience
- Keep CRM data squeaky clean — accurate contacts, activity logs, and opportunity insights
- Partner closely with marketing, solution consultants, and enterprise sales for seamless handoffs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and bring in the right specialists
- Connect with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event-driven touchpoints
- Learn the ins and outs of enterprise sales through hands-on mentoring, training, and shadowing

What You Bring to the Table:
You’re organized, proactive, and energized by building connections. You know how to ask the right questions, spot opportunities, and keep deals moving forward. You’re just as comfortable handling objections as you are collaborating with colleagues to deliver great outcomes.
Your background:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or SDR roles
- MUST HAVE experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or demand-side shop floor operations
- Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce and outreach platforms like Outreach, SalesLoft, or ZoomInfo
- Excellent communicator with strong curiosity and hustle
- Organized, self-driven, and motivated by results
- Eager to grow and learn — both within and beyond your core role
