Territory: Southeast U.S. (Remote/Field‑Based; travel expected), Headquartered out of New Port Richey, Florida.

We offer turnkey capabilities in lift/pump station design, fabrication, precast concrete, and extended‑aeration systems built for long-term reliability and minimal site disruption.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and outgoing Business Development Executive to grow our footprint in the Southeast. Supported by an internal team (estimating, fabrication, proposals), this role focuses on developing relationships with general contractors, engineering firms, and municipalities—attending conferences, building pipeline, and generating new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with engineering groups, municipalities, and provincial/national general contractors.
- Market Development: Present Marolf’s lift station, packaged plant, fabrication, and precast capabilities to design and procurement professionals.
- Event Representation: Represent Marolf at trade shows and conferences, deliver presentations, and follow up with leads.
- Business Strategy Execution: Work cross-functionally to shape proposals, client meetings, and competitive positioning.
- Relationship Management: Nurture existing and new clients to secure repeat business and build long-term trust.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience—ideally within water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, precast, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success engaging with municipal procurement teams, GC’s, or engineering consultants.
- Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex client relationships.
- Strong communicator and presenter; comfortable with travel to client sites and events.
- Self-starter who thrives on identifying opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
