Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about business growth and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through research, outreach, and networking
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to engage potential clients
Schedule and coordinate presentations or discovery calls for senior sales executives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
Track and manage leads and sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to align outreach strategies with business goals
Monitor industry trends and market activity to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
