We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about finding and engaging new customers, understands the SaaS landscape, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and source new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Reach out to and engage decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses and digital marketing agencies
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for our sales or founder team
- Maintain clear, accurate records of outreach and conversations in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and outreach strategy
- Continuously test and optimize outreach techniques and messaging
- Report regularly on outreach KPIs and learnings
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS or tech startup experience in a sales or lead generation role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-starter mentality with strong time-management and organization skills
- Familiarity with website monitoring or web security solutions is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a small team
