Are you an experienced sales professional ready to close high-value deals and build long-term income?
Influence Crafters is hiring motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representatives to help local businesses grow through strategic TV, radio, and digital billboard advertising campaigns.
This is a W-2, 100% commission role with monthly recurring income, monthly performance bonuses, and a clear leadership track.
You will be responsible for developing your own book of business within your assigned territory. This role is best suited for professionals who take ownership of their pipeline, prospect actively, and thrive in a performance-first culture.

Compensation Breakdown
- 12% commission on each client’s first-month revenue
- (Includes setup fee + ad spend)
- Recurring monthly commissions:
- $0–$199K in total monthly ad spend → 6%
- $200K–$399K → 7%
- $400K+ → 8%Commissions are based on your total cumulative client ad spend, not per client. The more business you build, the more you earn.
Quick Start Bonus – Earn Up to $10,500 in First 3 Months
Earn monthly bonuses for new revenue during your ramp-up period:
- $10K new revenue in a month → $1,000 bonus
- $20K new revenue in a month → $2,000 bonus
- $40K new revenue in a month → $3,500 bonus
Bonuses reset monthly and are available in months 1–3.
Expense Account
Once you generate $10,000 in new business, you unlock a company-approved expense account for:
- Travel costs
- Client lunches
- Events and local sponsorships
All expenses must be approved in advance by management.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and generate leads through referrals, cold outreach, networking, and local market research
- Build and maintain your book of business by consistently adding new clients within your assigned territory
- Conduct direct, in-person sales to showcase how our media products help businesses grow
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight ROI, targeting, and campaign value
- Manage your daily sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Track client interactions, forecast revenue, and measure performance against personal goals
- Develop strong relationships with your clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and recurring revenue
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead-gen and territory-level promotions
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to find new areas of opportunity
What You Need to Succeed
- 1+ year of B2B sales or leadership experience in the last 5 years (media sales, insurance, retail, military, athletics, or other performance-based roles welcome)
- Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and follow through on goals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable transportation for in-person meetings
- Age 18 or older
Top Earners
