Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support daily operations across IT, HR, compliance, and marketing functions. This role will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain compliance and asset management, assist with marketing tools such as ZocDoc and Birdeye, and play a key role in implementing and optimizing new EMR workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and track onboarding and offboarding checklists for all staff.
- Oversee IT and asset management, including hardware/software assignments and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Support implementation and adoption of new EMR processes and technology rollouts.
- Assist with marketing administration, including ZocDoc listings and other practice visibility tools.
- Coordinate with HR on employee documentation, system access, and compliance training.
- Serve as point of contact between operations, IT, HR, and clinical teams to ensure seamless workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, HR, compliance, or IT support in a healthcare or corporate setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance is a plus.
Hybrid:
- Role is primarily remote, however staff member will need to live within proximity of our Princeton office to be able to drive there when we are deploying new EMR processes to be able to assist with on site training of providers/staff as needed.
