Duties

- Assist with bussing tables, ensuring prompt clearing of dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Support food service operations by preparing dining areas, serving food, and attending to guest needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food handling and presentation.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in catering events by setting up and breaking down food stations as needed.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and restaurant operations.
- Background in food service or hospitality preferred, including catering experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality.
