We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that reflect our clients’ vision and brand identity. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion.
Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with brand goals.
Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations.
Evaluate event success through feedback, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in event planning or project coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
