CNC Programmer/Production Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a CNC Programmer/Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programming and production for Cabinetry, with the ability to create precise and efficient CNC programs for various manufacturing processes. Knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Understanding of Cabinet Pro, Mosaic, or other cabinetry programs are preferred, however we are willing to teach the right candidate.
Duties
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations using cabinetry software.
- Collaborate with software company and shop manager to troubleshoot programming issues and improve production efficiency with production.
- Assist with keeping production on track and special request designs for custom job opportunities.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Must have Cabinetry experience and understand the 32MM system.
- Proficiency in programming languages specific to CNC operations.
- Reasonable experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
