So what does my day look like?
- Communicate with our customers using empathy and understanding to help solve their pest issues by answering incoming sales calls in a call-center environment
- Utilize and follow a call script to assist our customers
- Follow up on email or voicemail leads in a timely manner
- Enter service orders with key information for the field technicians
- Address escalated customer issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Accurately enter notes and upload documents in our CRM
What do I need to be able to do?
- Ability to work in an office and in-bound call center environment
- Availability to work a full-time 8-hour shift between our office hours of 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
- Must undergo pre-employment criminal background check and 4-panel drug screen
