About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Customer Support team. This is a work-from-home (WFH) / fully remote position that provides the opportunity to assist customers while enjoying the flexibility of working from your own space. What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality and response time goals.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver the best customer support experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.

The pay range for this role is:
23.19 - 34.18 USD per hour(Remote (Anchorage, Alaska, US))
