Our call center sales agents are at the frontlines of our business, providing exceptional customer service and converting inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
- Take inbound calls from clients seeking quotes or insurance support
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products using TurboRater and carrier portals
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to close leads
- Accurately enter client information and dispositions in all systems
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including sales goals and minimum 100 call/day outflow
- Cross-sell additional services such as SR22 filings, roadside assistance, and registration services
- Maintain compliance with underwriting and company guidelines
- Attend sales training and daily check-ins to improve performance and stay updated on product changes
Requirements:
- Prior insurance sales or call center experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred
- Must have Insurance Producer License within 90 days of employment. We provide licensing assistance if you aren’t currently licensed.
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow a sales script when needed
- Must be able to handle objections and close effectively
- Comfortable using CRM tools like DYL, TurboRater, and Microsoft Apps.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed
Compensation:
- Hourly base pay vs. commission (whichever is higher per pay period)
- Commission tiers based on volume and call activity
- Bi-weekly bonus opportunities for broker fees and endorsements
