- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and call center protocols.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling challenging customer interactions.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns.
