BDC Sales Representative – Automotive Dealership (Diamond Motors)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Type: Full-Time (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts)
Compensation: $1,600/month base salary + performance bonuses (potential to earn $3,400–$4,000/month)

We are expanding our team and looking for a BDC Sales Representative to help us handle incoming leads, set qualified appointments, and support walk-in customers. If you’re motivated, hungry to earn, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and texts (50+ per day) to new and past leads.
- Pre-qualify customers by asking key questions (income, valid ID, down payment, etc.).
- Log notes and details accurately in our CRM/DMS system.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team (Rick and Eme).
- Ensure leads are followed up with 6 times in the first 3 days after inquiry.
- Support walk-in customers when other sales reps are busy or off.
- Generate your own leads via Facebook Marketplace, referrals, and community outreach (extra bonuses available).
- Contribute to weekly team goals for credit apps, show appointments, and sold vehicles.
Requirements:
- Sales or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required).
- Comfortable on the phone and sending text follow-ups.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
- Organized and able to update CRM/DMS notes accurately.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
- Available to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (10-hour shifts).
Compensation & Bonuses:
- Base Salary: $1,600/month ($400/week).
- Bonuses & Commissions:
- Bonuses are given out on qualified appointments, credit applications, and successful sales from your leads.
- Weekly bonus for hitting all KPIs.
- Earning Potential: $3,400–$4,000+/month for high performers.
