We are seeking a diligent and guest-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests’ vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards while providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Preparation: Perform pre-wash inspections to identify any visible damages or issues with the vehicle.
Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about available services and pricing options. Address guest questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
Operate Washing Equipment: Safely operate automatic car washing equipment, including pressure washers, brushes, and vacuum cleaners. Ensure a high level of attention to detail.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
Work Area Cleanliness: Keep the car wash area, service bays, and surrounding areas clean and free from debris and clutter.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
Shift Information: Hours of Operation are Monday-Saturday 7:30 am- 7 pm
Part Time hours consist of working a 20-28 hours/week during those times.
