Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and detailing.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish.
- Buff vehicles to enhance shine and remove imperfections.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and tools.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility to ensure efficient service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of car wash processes and detailing is a plus.
- Skills in window tinting and buffing are highly desirable.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
