As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring their vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Ensure all areas of the car wash are kept clean and organized, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with window tinting services as needed, ensuring precision and quality in application.
- Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area with care, adhering to all traffic regulations within the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions to management.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure every vehicle is cleaned thoroughly and meets quality standards.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in buffing techniques for vehicle surfaces is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles safely.
- Familiarity with car wash operations and equipment is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of window tinting processes is advantageous for those interested in expanding their skill set.
