Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Car Wash Manager. Car Wash Managers drive daily car wash operations which will include developing and managing high functioning service teams, building and fostering strong customer relationships and processing high quality, clean cars in an express car wash environment. Managers also maintain most aspects of the business, including maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and property.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong communication, motivate, train, and support a team of 10+
- Maintain wash equipment, building and property
- Hiring, firing and scheduling of team members
- Manage wash production to be efficient, safe and profitable while maintaining the highest wash quality
Requirements
- Previous experience in car washing or detailing preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude highly recommended, will train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ability to work in an outdoor fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to lead by example in a hands-on management environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
