If so, then this is the vacancy for you! There is currently an exciting opportunity available for a Level 4 or Level 6 qualified Careers Advisor to join our award-winning careers team. The College’s careers service supports, encourages and inspires people at every stage of their education and working life and we need passionate, inspiring and enthusiastic individuals to be part of our team.

Working within Weston College’s Careers Team (ASPECT), Weston College careers advisors support our learners to realise their goals, unlock their potential and enable them to develop and grow. Our advisors guide young people and adults during crucial decision-making periods in their lives and provide individuals with expert knowledge to lift aspirations and make well informed and realistic decisions.

The College is Ofsted ‘Outstanding’, its Higher Education provision is graded ‘Gold’ by the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework (TEF), and Weston College has recently won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education, one of only two Further Education colleges in the country ever to be awarded this prestigious honour.
