Summary
We are seeking a compassionate FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME (11PM-730AM) Caregiver to join our team at Graystone Manor Huntingdon. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by providing exceptional support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote their independence.
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes.
- Engage residents in social activities to foster community and connection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant
- Proven experience in caregiving or related fields
- Ability to assist with ADLs and provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting or transferring residents as needed.
