We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in cleaning techniques and equipment will ensure that carpets are restored to their best condition, enhancing the overall appearance and hygiene of the spaces we serve.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
- Utilize various cleaning methods, cleaning, /shampooing, to remove dirt and stains.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after service completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards during all cleaning operations.
Skills
- Proficient in carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred, with a strong understanding of environmental services.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate various types of cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
