Tropical Smoothie Café is a FAST-PACED environment! We are now looking to hire additional talented staff to join our exceptional crew! We hope you will be interested in joining the Tropical Smoothie Café Team (TSC)!
What are we looking for and how can you become part of the team?
We want fun, energetic, team members, who are dedicated to exceptional customer service and can work within a proven system. They must be able to multitask, have a high level of integrity, and willing "to go the extra mile". You must maintain a positive attitude, be coachable, team-oriented, and especially reliable and responsible for your shifts.
Catering drivers are responsible for delivering excellence to local schools and business by arriving on time, and ensuring orders are served at optimal quality. Hourly rate, plus tips and mileage. Must have a valid driver's license.
Shift leads are responsible for proper cash-handling, food safety practices, and shift leadership. Opening and/ or closing availability is necessary in a lead position.
Our goal will be to masterfully train employees under the Tropical Smoothie Café system and develop talent within the organization. We are hiring Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Catering Drivers!
