Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, utilizing hand tools and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with repairs.
- Maintain knowledge of various operating systems, including Android and iOS, to effectively resolve issues.
- Assist in technical support and field service tasks as needed, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline repair processes and enhance customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
