Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Trainer/Model Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training and development, with a focus on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our trainees. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. The Certified Trainer/Model Instructor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees, post-training to ensure skill retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role within a professional environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
