Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Hanford, CA | Wholesale/Distribution | $150K–$180K + Bonus
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Hanford, CA. This isn’t just a finance role—it’s a key partner to the President, helping drive operational improvements and shape the future of a stable, growing company.
About the Company:
We’re an established wholesale/distribution business with a strong foundation and significant growth potential. Now we’re looking for a CFO who can turn insights into action and lead our next phase of transformation.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic advisor on financial, operational, and business growth initiatives
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Manage accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, GL, and inventory
- Lead HR and administrative operations, including compliance and safety
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and admin team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a mid-sized company ($25M–$250M)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn financials into strategy
- Industry experience in wholesale, distribution, logistics, or agriculture/farming (preferred)
- Effective leadership and team development skills
- Ability to operate at both the strategic and hands-on level
✅ Bonus Points For:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Experience with inventory, logistics, or cost accounting
- Exposure to transloading, blending, or supply chain-heavy environments
