We are currently looking for a Temporary Full-Time 7:00am-3:00pm Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to add to our team to support our Assisted Living Unit. This role does have strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.
A Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Day at Medford Leas:
Our CHHAs are responsible for enhancing the resident activities of daily living at our facility. Our CHHAs provide compassionate care and prompt assistance to the residents needs. Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect.
Scheduling: In order to ensure work/life balance Medford Leas provides all Full-Time certified home health aides (CHHA) with a set schedule that operates on a 2-week rotation. It would be 45 hours bi-weekly. On the Weekends you are required to work there is a Weekend Pay Differential.
