Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic staff in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills, to create a welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide recommended physiotherapy techniques under doctor's direction
- Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Educate patients about treatment options, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote recovery.
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to enhance patient outcomes and improve clinic operations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately document patient information.
- Exceptional patient service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all patients.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A passion for holistic health and wellness is highly desirable.
