We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with residential painting projects when necessary, ensuring proper preparation and clean-up.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas by performing porter duties, including waste disposal and organizing spaces.
- Carry out custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial and industrial cleaning environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving equipment and materials.
- A commitment to safety practices while performing all cleaning duties.
