Quest Services is seeking a downtown building supervior to oversee a downtown building. Applicant must have supervisor experience, commercial cleaning experience and working knowledge of floor and carpet care. A hard working, detail oriented, motivated, team player would be the ideal candidate. Supervisor will oversee all ascepts of evening buildings cleaning staff. Canadidate will be direct report to up to 15 evening cleaners and be responsible for employee training, discipline and work inspections. Ideal candidate would posses working knowledge of floor and carpet care and can assist in projects relating to floor and carpet care. Supervior work split would be 75% management/training 25% cleaning/floor care on a typical day.
Hours would be 5:00pm-11:00pm M-F
Additionally hours would be available for project work on weekends / late evenings on a scheduled basis.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
