Client Advisor (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Full-Time: $18-22/hour
Part-Time: $16-$18
At Him & Her, our Client Advisor acts as both ambassador and guide within our brand. You'll get to know your clients personally, providing them with an exceptional experience while sharing your enthusiasm for our brand while achieving sales targets. Our store is on the lookout for a client-focused relationship builder to join our dynamic team.
Our Client Advisor will:
-Drive and achieve individual/team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
-Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships to cultivate brand loyalty.
-Learn to master the Brand and product knowledge.
Candidates should have experience in a client-centric retail environment or a strong background in customer service, ideally with a sophisticated and diverse clientele. We are looking for motivated individuals who are driven to enhance their performance continuously, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and have the curiosity to discover and delight our clients, aligning with our mission to elevate confidence in style and provide the best client experience.
