$52K Base + Bonuses up to $27K+
On-Target Earnings = $97K
Schedule:
- Mon–Thurs: 7 AM–3:30 PM
- Fri: 7:30 AM–4 PM

What You'll Do:
- Call + text 25 warm leads/day
- Use proven script to book qualified appointments
- Track everything in CRM
- Get paid for your output

✅ Have 1+ year of phone appointment setting
✅ Make 60+ calls/day & 3.5+ talk hours
✅ Know B2C high-ticket ($3K+)
✅ Haven’t job-hopped or recently freelanced
✅ Are confident, coachable & know how to follow a script
✅ Can follow up, track, and hit KPIs — every. single. day.
Your Scoreboard:
- 25 leads/day
- 3.5+ hours talk time
- 50% lead-to-convo
- 45% convo-to-set
- $150–$250 per lead in 28 days
