Your Day-to-Day:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent project schedules.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project, as well Power BI.
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Candidate possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate schedule-related updates and priorities to both internal stakeholders and external partners, including executives, vendors, and purchasers.
- Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience managing or assisting in projects.
