Animal Hospital at Thorndale is expanding, and we’re looking for a CSR Supervisor to help lead the way. This isn’t your average front desk job, it’s a leadership role at the heart of a fast-paced, relationship-driven veterinary hospital.
You’ll be an extension of hospital leadership, someone who sets the tone, supports the team, and keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly at the front desk.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support our CSR team- you’ll be their go-to resource and guide
- Help manage scheduling, client flow, and day-to-day operations at the front
- Maintain high standards in communication, professionalism, and client care
- Collaborate closely with management to keep our hospital organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Prior veterinary or medical front desk experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Excellent communicator who can hold the line respectfully but firmly
- Someone who leads by example- and has no problem stepping in when things get busy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
