Client Service Representative (Full-Time Preferred / Part-Time Considered)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. This role is fast-paced, client-facing, and critical to clinic flow. You’ll triage calls, support our medical team, and create a calm, welcoming space—even during high-pressure moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments
- Triage medical concerns and educate clients (e.g., eye squinting may be allergies—or a foxtail, which is an emergency)
- Handle emotionally distressed clients with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records, process payments, and assist with administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with techs and doctors to support patient care
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Experience preferred, but we will train the right person
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs unassisted
- Comfortable working in loud, high-stress environments with a calm, positive attitude
- Weekday availability — early mornings and evenings required
