As a Client Services Specialist at NutriFit, LLC, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and NutriFit, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction with our meal delivery services.
- Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery logistics.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote our services effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SALES and account management roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to SELL and engage clients effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improving client satisfaction.
