We are looking for a talented Client Service Manager to lead client relationships and ensure exceptional service within the insurance industry. We are a thriving and expanding commercial P&C insurance firm that provides comprehensive property and casualty insurance solutions to a diverse client base
Job Duties:
- Lead the renewal process to deliver optimal insurance solutions to clients.
- Retain existing business and support the sale of additional services and coverage.
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client data, records, and policy documentation.
- Manage and execute multiple service-oriented priorities effectively.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and service levels.
- Build professional rapport with internal and external partners.
- Extensive experience in property & casualty insurance client services and/or claims management .
- Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service collaboratively.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with other productivity tools is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging in consultative discussions.
- Possession of a Georgia P&C Insurance License , or actively in the process of obtaining one.
