Responsibilities:
· Scheduling - Coordination, management, and scheduling of transportation services for our valued clients.
· Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency, while ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers.
· Dispatching - Efficiently manage the scheduling and dispatching of drivers to fulfill client transportation requests in a timely and organized manner.
· Act as a point of contact between drivers, clients, as well as service coordinators
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in transportation coordination or related field preferred.
· Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for transportation management,
· Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track and record transportation activities.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff as well as clients, etc.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge and familiarity with fleet management practices is a plus.
