PATIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR is a management level position responsible for patient services and compliance at the front desk of an FQHC with locations in Natchitoches, Leesville, and Tallulah. Must be an effective supervisor of staff in 4 clinic locations. Must demonstrate ability to assure proper and professional business services are rendered to existing and new patients. Must be able to meet organizational measures, including audit compliance and patient satisfaction. Must be able to project and assure provider schedules are full on a daily basis. OMC is seeking a business minded, ethical, experienced, highly responsible and accountable healthcare business supervisor to join our multidisciplinary management team.
OMC is a federally funded clinic that provides sliding fee discounts to low income and underserved patients by federal guidelines and policies. Our clinics provide access to primary care, medical, dental, counseling and related services.
Outstanding, productive, and experienced candidates encouraged to apply. Preference to prior supervisory experience in a primary care clinic. Preference to previous successful experience in another FQHC.
SALARY RANGE based on degree of job related experience and qualifications.
