Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Clinic Director to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across our Chandler and Mesa locations. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, clinical oversight, and organizational expertise to ensure exceptional patient care, efficient workflows, and alignment with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Operations:
- Oversee daily scheduling, staffing, and patient flow for both clinic sites
- Ensure smooth coordination between providers, support staff, and front desk
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage clinic staff, including medical providers, nursing/support personnel, and front-desk team
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that aligns with our mission
- Quality & Compliance:
- Monitor patient care standards and satisfaction metrics; implement improvements as needed
- Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal protocols
- Business Growth & Marketing Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to drive referrals, community outreach, and new service lines
- Track and report on key operational KPIs (utilization rates, patient retention, revenue targets)
- Budget & Inventory Management:
- Develop and manage clinic budget; monitor expenses, revenue, and profit margins
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and retail products; implement efficient restocking processes
- Patient Relations:
- Address patient concerns or escalations in a professional, empathetic manner
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay current on integrative-medicine and wellness innovations; recommend new therapies or protocols that enhance our service offerings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
