Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality components. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring that all parts are fabricated according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts as per engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
- Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Knowledge of tooling setups and adjustments for various machining operations.
- Experience with hand tools and materials handling in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to fabricate components accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
