Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our team here at Stake Chophouse + Bar. With a strong Happy Hour following here in Coronado the cocktail server is one of the most crucial positions here at Stake. With a fast paced but fine dining environment you get the best of both worlds. This is a unique position as it offers both full fine dining service and fast paced cocktail service.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best hospitality possible to happy hour regulars that visit the restaurant once up to four times a week
- Ability to handle being double/triple sat and stay organized
- Knowledge of wine and liquor is a must for this position
- Handling of large sections
- Ability to switch from a fast paced environment to a full service fine dining experience for guests
Requirements
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and culinary practices is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Experience in guest services or hospitality is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
