Lambert's Inc. is a company based in Memphis, Tennessee, founded in 1971. Throughout our extensive history, we have focused on our core coffee roasting business. We roast coffee daily at our Memphis facility and package it in various formats using machinery, routinely putting it into bags and small packs.
Our small plant employs five manufacturing personnel responsible for operating the machinery that packages the roasted coffee. Once the coffee is packaged, it is shipped directly from our facility to our customers.
**Job Opportunity:**
We are looking for a candidate to enter our training program to learn all aspects of the roasting and packaging process. This position will involve not only roasting coffee but also packaging, maintenance, and planning.
**No prior experience is necessary, but the following characteristics are preferred:**
- Strong work ethic- Ability to lift 50 lbs and drag 150 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to follow recipes
- Attention to detail
- Strong math skills
