Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities & Competencies
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Able to manage complex information with accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality client service and error-free work.
- Skilled in clear, professional verbal and written communication to build trust and foster strong client relationships.
- Demonstrates integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all client and team interactions.
- Knowledgeable about industry regulations and committed to adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Effectively prioritizes tasks, manages time, and maintains accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
