The Blackburn Group is a family-owned real estate company based in Oxford, MS with a diverse portfolio of businesses throughout the Southern United States focused on residential and commercial real estate development. The Blackburn Group also owns a general commercial construction company, various investment companies, and multiple fitness centers.
The Blackburn Group is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk! The primary duties of a Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk with The Blackburn Group are to maintain the front desk and lobby area, greet and assist visitors, and provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable department.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Open and distribute mail each day
- Handle shipping and postage for corporate office staff
- Maintain inventory and order needed office supplies
- Coordinate conference room calendars for meetings
- Enter invoices, print checks, scan and e-file documents
- Assist CEO and management team with various administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Position related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
- Well organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong desire to be a part of the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
