The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Preferred qualifications:
- Effectively manages, organizes, and prioritizes work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask is essential.
- Experience managing multi-phone line system.
- Ability to support customer calls and Resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple processes and projects
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent people skills, including good verbal and written communications skills.
- Computer and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook)
Requirements:
- Must have a Highschool diploma or GED
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
- Must be able to consent to an initial drug screen
- Must be able to consent to a background check
- Must be able to sit or stand for up to an 8-hour shift
