Requirements
- Experience supervising commercial projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $25,000,000.
- 10 + years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and produce an exceptional project.
- Ability to plan ahead and extinguish potential issues before they become issues.
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with Procore software.
- Experience with out of the ground multifamily wood framed projects.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all trade contractors on site.
- Maintain daily logs and attend job meetings.
- Assist in resolving construction problems.
- Supervise subcontractors and foremen to ensure timely and quality completion of contracted work.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities, inspect work in progress, and review materials for compliance with specifications.
- Manage project schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met.
- Cultivate working relationships with Project Managers, laborers, trade contractors, and clients.
- Ensure project quality, cost, and schedule meet or beat estimates.
- Serve as a liaison between the Owner, Architect, Engineer, Contractor, and Subcontractor.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
