Here’s where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Enterprise Inside Sales Producer to join our Commercial Enterprise Team. You’ll primarily be responsible for conducting outbound sales efforts, and prospecting existing HUB clients. This role is vital to our success in all our product lines – from personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages. As a HUB Inside Sales Producer, you will be supported by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey. You will be the cornerstone of our superior customer service and will be charged with ensuring client satisfaction.

Other responsibilities of the role include:

  • The Inside Sales Producer will be responsible for generating new business revenue from outbound sales efforts
  • Proactively pursue and solicit opportunities provided by management via outbound sales campaigns
  • Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service
  • Cross selling/up selling available products and services
  • Pursuing warm lead opportunities with the intent of cross/upselling products and services
  • Presenting our services and solutions at client meetings
  • Bringing new business prospects to closure
  • New business production and pipeline activity will be tracked in the company CRM system (CORE)

You’re great at:

For the Enterprise Inside Sales role, you must be an independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong business-to-business relationships. We are seeking confident professionals who are not afraid of outbound sales calls to centers of influence, referral sources or leads provided, for the purpose generating new business and/or cross-selling & upselling current HUB clients. Additional skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
  • 2+ years of Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service & sales skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
  • Proven ability of working in a successful team environment
  • Required to obtain the appropriate state licensing with 60 days of hire
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
  • Good listening skills, the ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently and exercise independent judgement
